Welcome to Tathyam Studios™. By accessing or placing an order on tathyamstudios.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. About Us

Tathyam Studios is a home-based 3D printing and custom design studio located in Chandpara, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, India. We design and manufacture custom 3D-printed products including personalised gifts, devotional idols, keychains, nameplates, figurines, and home décor. We are registered under the MSME/Udyam scheme (Registration No. UDYAM-WB-14-0280751).

2. Acceptance of Terms

By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the consent of a parent/guardian), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

3. Products & Custom Orders

All products listed on tathyamstudios.in are made-to-order. This means:

• Each item is 3D-printed after your order is placed — we do not hold pre-made stock for most products.
• Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur between the product images shown on the website and the final printed item. This is inherent to the 3D printing process and does not constitute a defect.
• For personalised items, you are responsible for providing accurate details (spelling of names, design choice, colour preference). Errors in customer-provided details are not grounds for a refund or reprint.
• We reserve the right to decline any order that involves offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate personalisation content.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• COD Convenience Fee: A fee of ₹15 is added to all COD orders at checkout. This fee is non-refundable.
• COD Custom Order Advance: For custom/personalised orders placed via COD, a 50% advance payment via UPI or bank transfer is required before production begins. We will contact you via WhatsApp with payment details after your order is confirmed. Failure to make the advance payment within 48 hours of confirmation may result in order cancellation.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5. Order Confirmation & Production

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note:

• Order confirmation does not guarantee immediate dispatch — custom items require printing time.
• Estimated production time is 2–5 business days depending on design complexity and order volume. This is in addition to shipping time.
• We will keep you updated via WhatsApp or email if there is any delay.
• Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing an order, and only if production has not yet begun. Once printing has started, cancellations are not possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, product descriptions, brand name (“Tathyam Studios™”), logo (त्S monogram), and website content are the intellectual property of Tathyam Studios. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

When you share a design, image, or reference for a custom order, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have the right to use it for reproduction. Tathyam Studios is not liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided design inputs.

7. User Accounts

You may create an account on our website to track orders and manage your profile. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tathyam Studios is not liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tathyam Studios’ total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the value of the order in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
• Delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, postal disruptions)
• Loss or damage arising from incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
• Product damage after successful delivery

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in North 24 Parganas, West Bengal.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Shipping Policy

Tathyam Studios delivers pan-India. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.

12. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via India Post Speed Post and other reputed courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us — we will try to find an alternative.

14. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Any applicable free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the website or communicated via promotional banners.

15. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on our Track Order page or directly on the courier’s website.

16. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. Tathyam Studios is not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address change requests after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.

17. Undelivered / Returned to Origin (RTO) Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept delivery (other than visible damage), a re-delivery fee will apply. For COD orders, RTO shipments will be treated as order cancellations and no refund will be issued for the COD convenience fee or shipping charges.

18. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to your order passes to you at the time the courier marks the shipment as delivered. Please inspect your parcel as per our Refund & Returns Policy and raise any damage claims within 48 hours of delivery.
